You start your diet, loose a couple of pounds and the moment you eat anything outside of the diet you gain it back . It's not just about cutting carbs or counting  calories; it's about learning and practicing healthy eating habits.

A: Got that ultra low gym membership, that's great right?! NOT... that cookie-cutter gym also has long waits for a machine, cardio that goes nowhere except boredom. Without proper guidance or technique members will face high chances of physical injury and frustration. Frustration which in turn leads to paying for a membership which it's rarely used after the new year's resolutions wears off.

This is our 45 minute HIIT (high-intensity interval training) workout designed to have you leave it all on the floor. Each workout is unique to keep you challenged and never bored.

This high-energy workout challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike. Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout. Reduce stress with each kick and punch while you body is fueled by the music and encouraging words of your instructor.

Women's Self Defense
Self Defense Lab

This is not a workout, this is methods-of-survival training. During these sessions, you will learn and practice self defense techniques rooted on the Krav Maga discipline, which is a form of self-defense and physical training. First developed by the Israeli army in the 1940s, based on the use of reflexive responses to threatening situations.

We host special trainings with guest that include Police Officers, Krav Maga and Jui-Jitsu instructors that will offer in-depth real life scenario trainings

While most people enjoy the upbeat and contagious atmosphere of a group training session, others prefer a more private setting. Or perhaps your work or school schedule does not allow you to attend one of regular sessions. No worries we can work with you on a 1-on-1 setting to help you reach your fitness goals.
